This program was designed by certified strength and
conditioning specialist Craig Ballantyne. He is an accomplished
author whose work has appeared in magazines such as Fitness
Hers, Men's Health, Men's Fitness and many
others.
Turbulence
Training is based on interval training. This type of
training is used successfully by fitness experts
throughout the world.
Some fitness authorities say it's
impossible to lose fat and build muscle at the same time, but
Craig shattered their belief by designing a workout that
accomplishes exactly that. It's short in duration, but high on
intensity and impact.

The workout can be done at home
with dumbbells and a stability ball. He designed the program to
offer several different workouts for every experience level,
from absolute beginner to advanced levels.
