Oh, God! Not another e-book based musclebuilding program! That's what I thought when I started writing this No Nonsense Muscle Building review. But this e-book is epic.

This e-book's target audience is anyone who wants a sculptured body like a Greek God. Seriously, this e-book will blow your mind. This e-book contains many topics for everyone. If you are serious about weight training, let this "No Nonsense Muscle Building" review help you decide if this is the program for you.

Let's get started shall we? No Nonsense Muscle Building is an e-book created by Vince DelMonte. DelMonte was frustrated with his body image and did not like the ridicule his peers were creating. He was nicknamed "Skinny Vinnie".

DelMonte had the heart, dedication and drive to change his image. When he first began weightlifting, many people told him what workout routines he should do. He was not gaining any muscle mass and he was getting minimum results.

DelMonte finally realized that the advice he was getting was completely wrong and he developed the No Nonsense Muscle Building program. This program helped "Skinny Vinnie" who was 149lbs gain 190lbs in a span of six months.

DelMonte weights 210lbs today and he has 10% body fat. His confidence level and his body image are no longer an issue. DelMonte has won fitness competitions as a model and he regularly contributes to men's fitness magazines such as Men's Fitness.

The first thing taught in Vince DelMonte's e-book is the deception of the fitness industry. The fitness industry is doing this on purpose. Fitness magazines, powders, supplements, pills and steroids are not the answers to gaining muscle mass.

Fitness magazines put too much emphasis on weightlifting. Weightlifting has limitations and the more you lift weights the more wear and tear your muscles receive. They do not get any bigger. Weight pills do not work either.

Steroids are not a magic potion to give you muscles. You have to work twice as hard in the gym when you use steroids, so that is a waste of time as well.

Many of these fitness magazines are owned by supplement companies (go figure!) and they make a huge profit selling these magic pills. They promote them because they want to make money, not because the pills work.
