work?
It definitely
works.

As Ferrugia explains in
his e-book, most of the time skinny guys do workout routines
that don't match their genetics. Many skinny guys' workout
routines were meant for bodybuilders and not weak,
scrawny guys just getting
started.
No wonder they rarely
get the results they want and usually wind
up failing in the process. Ferrugia explains all of the
exercise routines, rep sets and dieting you should do to gain
muscle mass.

routines, dieting plans etc. are structured very nicely. The
layout is easy to
understand.
Con: Ferrugia uses photos to
describe his exercises. A squat and a deadlift are too
complicated to describe when you are new to weightlifting. Two
little pictures are not going to help. A video section would
have been more helpful.
Pro: Recovery time and rep
sets are explained in great detail. Many people are confused
about how many reps they should do. Ferrugia ends the confusion
and tells you everything you need to know about these
subjects.

Con: Ferrugia has an obsession
with compound lifts (deadlifts. squats, shoulder presses). This
is a complete waste of time for someone who wants to gain
muscle. You are just working on one muscle and not multiple
muscles simultaneously.
Ferrugia focuses on these
types of bodybuilding exercises. So a guy that weighs less than
120lbs is going to do a deadlift of 400lbs? Come on. Ferrugia
is not stupid and he focuses on compound lifts and not
exercises that work on multiple
muscles.
Pro: Nutritional plan is
excellent. Nutrition plays a vital role for anyone who wants to
gain weight and it is the most important part of weightlifting.
Ferrugia's nutrition plan is laid out for you already, no need
to figure out how many calories you
need.
Every meal you need to eat is already there
for you. Scrawny guys obviously do not eat enough food to gain
weight and Ferrugia's nutrition plan helps you with what type
of meals to eat and how they build muscle for
you.
Con: You have to work out
six times a week. Let's be serious, unless you are a football
player, basketball player or some other professional
athlete, it can be difficult to fit these workouts
into your weekly schedule.
Pro: Workout levels for
Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced weightlifters. This idea
was excellent. You could start at the beginner level and end up
in the advanced level and you gain the muscle mass you
want.
This is probably the best section of the
e-book. The main point of the e-book that really packs a punch!
Each level has their own programs, and they are structured
well.
Muscle Gaining Secrets is one
of the most comprehensive e-books about muscle building you
will ever find. It is definitely recommended with a solid 4
star rating by this Muscle Gaining Secrets review.
